2009 SENORTUNA CHARTER POLICY

Effective: November 18, 2008

SENORTUNA MEMBERSHIP:

Note: SenorTuna.com members will be given priority consideration for all charters sponsored and posted on the SenorTuna.com website.

TRIP DEPOSITS:

50% deposit due (first come, first served) before name is added to a trip roster.

Full balance due no less than 30 days prior to scheduled trip, or name will be removed from roster and the deposit will be kept unless/until a paid replacement is found.

Bunk assignments may be requested along with the 50% trip deposit. Every effort will be made to grant your request, however, anglers who have physical disabilities or require the use of medical equipment (i.e. CPAP) will be given priority over pre-assigned bunks.


DEPOSIT REFUND:

Deposit refunds will be granted if notice is given more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the scheduled date of the trip departure and a paid replacement is found.

ALL TRIP DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED CHARTER AND ARE NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO ANOTHER TRIP.

If you are able to find a substitute for your reservation, then your deposit may be refunded, once money is received from the substitute party.

PERSONAL CHECKS, cashier’s checks, and money orders, will be accepted as payment. Please make charter related checks payable to: SenorTuna.com

Persons will be charged a $15.00 bank-processing fee for any returned checks.


PAYPAL: You can pay for your SenorTuna charter deposits, or balance due, with PAYPAL, however, you will have to add 3% of the total amount for the PAYPAL processing fee.

CREDIT CARD: You can pay by credit card (Mastercard or Visa), however you will have to add 2% of the total amount for the credit card processing fee. Please contact Tunabelly by PM and make arrangements.

Hi George
I would like to make a reservation for 1 spot on the Oct 16,17 fishing trip. I am sending the 50 % deposit out on Monday. I would like bunk 2b.
Do you still have the tail gate party before the trip?
