Exclamation 2006 SenorTuna Charter Policy

2006 SENORTUNA CHARTER POLICY

MEMBERSHIP:

SenorTuna.com members will be given priority consideration for all charters sponsored and posted on the SenorTuna.com web site.

TRIP DEPOSITS:

To secure a spot for a SenorTuna.com charter, there will be a requirement of a 50% deposit. Deposits will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. The 50% balance of payment in full, shall be paid no less than 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the trip.

DEPOSIT REFUND:

Opportunity for a deposit refund will be granted if notice is given more than thirty-one (31) days prior to the scheduled date of the trip departure.

ALL TRIP DEPOSITS OR PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NOT TRANSFERRABLE TO ANOTHER TRIP, WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED TRIP.

If you are able to find a substitute for your reservation, then your deposit may be refunded, once money is received from the substitute party.

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

All deposit, and balance due payments, should be made out and mailed to:

Personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or PAYPAL will be accepted as payment. Persons will be charged a $15.00 bank-processing fee for any returned checks.

PAYPAL: You can pay for your SenorTuna.com charter deposits, or balance due, with PAYPAL, however, you will have to add 3% of the total amount for the PAYPAL processing fee. Please e-mail PAYPAL payment to: tunabelly@senortuna.com

Larry,

It's pretty much first come, first served...... metaphor for 1st paid, 1st choice.

The only exceptions would be for special needs due to physical limitations (casts. etc.), medical equipment (CPAP machines), or extroadinary size (as in my case - forward bunk).

If you know where you want to bunk I will reserve the spot. I will try to get Paul Hara to scan the bunk layout and post it.

That would be great to have an idea where you might end up. We may even want to have a snoring section, I have been told that I snore but I have never heard it. As a pre-emptive strike on those who do snore. I will bring down 21 sets of ear plugs. Ted
