In case you haven’t been paying attention in the forums, there’s a lot going on. We regularly discuss what’s for dinner — and how to fix it — on the food board. You’ll find some great fish recipes.
And when we’re not fishing, we plan other get togethers. Like our trip to watch the horses at the Del Mar Fairgrounds.
Okay, if you really just want to go fishing, we have some openings on our June 28-29 charter. Go ahead and jump aboard!
Another two day saltwater fishing trip has passed us by. And as usual, everyone had a great time. There are lots of pics to look at this time. You can see who went and what they caught. So go check out the post for the report, and think about joining us on the next trip. There are spots available!
Doesn’t it seem odd to know people so well from posting on the boards, but never put a face to a name? Well, if you haven’t had a chance to hit one of our trips, go to a lunch bunch or tailgate, or meet us at Fred Hall, you can still see who we are. Visit our “who’s who” thread and put some faces to the names. And if you haven’t posted your picture yet, go ahead and do so. That way we can say “Hi!” the next time we run into you.
Know your fishing electronics? Happy with what you have, or looking for something else?
Chime in on this thread and let us know what you think.
There was a lot of buzz prior to the Fred Hall Show about a new reel. Some of our members checked it out at the show and posted their thoughts. If you caught a look at the Qualia reels, chime in on our discussion.
If you missed the pre-show tailgate, there’s still plenty of time to see us. Drop by our booth (#1207) at the show and say hello. Wait until you see our new, terrific banner. It’s eye-catching!
While you’re at it, check out our next-door neighbor at the show, Fish Taco Chronicles.
And take a look at the forums later for posts about what the “must-sees” at the show are, and where to find deals. Our members share the latest scoop after they’ve scouted things out!
Don’t forget to visit our forums. The links are over there on the right, and above, too.
Don’t forget that the Fred Hall Fishing & Boating show is coming soon to Long Beach! Senor Tuna will be there and we’d love to have you stop by. Say hello. Put some names to faces. See what swag we have. Tell us where you found your best deals. Everyone’s welcome!
Need show dates and times? Go see the FHS site for details.
Don’t forget about the Senor Tuna fundraiser at the swap meet on Sunday, Feb. 24.
